"Got taken to wrong destination and I had to walk to my original destination which I wasn’t happy with as I’m disabled and I booked a taxi to avoid extra walking. He took me to the VIP entrance which he should of known wasn’t for visitors. I would of liked to too the driver but because I had to walk I knew it would make my day very difficult so couldn’t too for that error "
