"The driver was very attentive. The only problem that the company refused to listen to his report about the car's condition before we left fro Edgware. The car has broken down unfortunately 10 minutes before approaching the destination. It was a complete disaster because our trip involved two persons with special needs. We were almost frozen in the middle of highway when the incident occurred. Next time, please be more sensitive to the report of the driver before letting him to drive especially if it involves a long distance trip.
