"Daniel was an excellent driver and made the drive to the airport very plesant.
The sign-up process was a bit broken, the verification part when setting up my account appeared to hang. I checked my email after a while and did receive the verification email but there was no 'box' in which to put the verification code. I used the verification link in the email, this ended up with a second window opening with the booking in, I re-did the booking adding my full address (i only used my postcode when doing the initial price comparison) but when the booking was accepted it still only contained my postcode.
I added a booking note, with my full address, but after clicking submit the box just hung there with no confirmation that the note had been added. Checking my account i couldn't see any indication the note had been added either. This did come later.
I am using a fully updated Google Chrome Browser.

This timing left me a little concerned as this was my first experiance with the service. Some iterim -'we're working on it' or an upfront explanation of the process / expected timings would have gone a long way to reassure me as a first time user.
This was drop-off at the airport and the driver dropped me exactly where i wanted, so that was great. So the first question is redundant.
I tip drivers in cash on the day.
All that being said, I think the service is great, i like the comparison options for better classes of vehicle, and i will be using the service again. "
